For the fiscal year 2013/2014 Elgiganten reports a profit of 107.5 million SEK in Sweden, an improvement of the entire 141 per cent against the previous year. Revenue rose 9 percent to 8,512 million, despite a decline in Swedish consumer electronics market.
”During the year we have grown in all product areas and particularly in our focus areas Epoq kitchen and B2B transaction. We have worked hard to improve our overall offering to customers and it has paid off. We want to win customer trust and when it’s not about only offering low prices, we must offer the right product at the right price with the relevant services, excellence and good service, ” says Niclas Eriksson, CEO of Elgiganten.
