ICA has so far increased its sales this year by 3.5 percent.

Due to an early Easter, store sales decreased by 0.8 percent n April compared with the corresponding month last year.

ICA estimates the calendar effect for April to be -2.5 percent. This most ly affected the larger formats where people go for Easter shopping.

In April 2016, sales in the Swedish ICA stores totalled 8,893 million SEK excluding VAT, which is a decrease of 0.8% compared with the same month in the previous year.

Sales in like-for-like stores decreased by 1.1 percent..

On total, sales in January-April 2016 amounted to 35,289 million SEK, which is an increase of 3.5 percent  compared with the previous year.
