Biltema has some problem keeping their CEO’s.
Sweden-CEO Anneli Borg Lundgren now stops with immediate effect after just half a year. Behind is disagreement.
Anneli Borg Lundgren succeeded Johan Horsak in September last year who resigned after two years as president of the Swedish operations.
”Anneli has chosen to stop at Biltema, because of disagreements. She has worked here for eleven years in various positions, says Biltema press officer Henrik Jarl to affarsliv.com.
He tells the local news site that Biltema choose to keep it in-house because it is company specific issues.
The former sales manager and vice president, Leo Shahande, will take the position as acting CEO while Biltema will look for a replacement.
Henrik Jarls says the reason for the recurring changes on the position is strong expansion.
”There will be a lot of pressure, and many issues to handle. There is a strong strain.”
