Coop Denmark goes for a new Copenhagen Superbrugsen flagship store.
The new store will be more than twice as large as the current store on Park Allé.
Vestegnen will have their new food store ready this autumn.
SuperBrugsen builds a new supermarket on the corner of Park Allé and Ringvejen. It will replace the existing worn down and much smaller store on Park Allé.
“The store is one of the largest SuperBrugsen in Copenhagen, and thus allows us to present a modern food store for customers in the area,” says Sales Director Mikkel Karlsson, SuperBrugsen.
With open meat department, large refrigerated fruit & green area and with an emphasis on ecology and local Danish goods it is communicated to be a flagship store for SuperBrugsen.
The store is expected to open by October 1.
The chain has now converted more than 100 stores to a new concept. SuperBrugsen has about 230 stores around the country.
