NS Intressenter and EOC Capital have jointly acquired 77% of the e-commerce specialist store Designonline.

“Our new owner brings resources that will fit well in our continued expansion,” says Jörgen Bödmar, CEO and founder of Design Online.

Designonline, founded by Jörgen Bödmar in 2002, sells design and home furnishings from well-known brands to more than 70 countries.
During 2015, the revenues amount to 160-170 million, almost a doubling compared with 2014 and operating profit is expected to exceed 20 million.
