DK Company’s  holding company DKC Holding 2011 buys back shares for 137 million DKK from IC Group and plans a delisting from the stock exchange.

10.1 percent of total shares in DK Company were acquired by IC Group in June 2014, as DK Company acquired IC Group’s so-called Mid Market division.

Now the shares go back to DK Company.

CEO Jens Poulsen told Danish Fashion and Textile at the CIFF-fair in Copenhagen that DK Company then delists then from First North stock market and will pay 27 percent premium compared to the market price for the shares to IC Group and the remaining 1.05 percent shareholders.

”At DK Company, we feel that it is the most serious of all parties. It is the right choice going forward, ” says Jens Poulsen.

The company is now awaiting the implementation of the process.

”We’ve had a lot of benefits from being in the stock market over the past five years and we will of course continue to comply with the high demands of an IPO,” says Jens Poulsen.
