Electra Group’s partnership with El-Salg in Denmark is paying off.
The owner and supplier of AudioVideo-chain in Sweden and other consumer electronics chains, increased sales by 6,5 percent second quarter.

Net sales reached 738,6 (699,5) MSEK and operating profit was 13,9 (11,3) MSEK for the first half of 2014.
For second quarter the numbers are 382,0 (358,8) MSEK respectively 6,6 (5,6) MSEK.
Since last autumn Electra is also a member of Euronics international, which contributed to the partnership with El-Salg/Euronics Denmark this year, supplying the Danish merchants with tv, telecom, photo and computer goods.
A strategy is also to provide independent electronics merchants with purchasing and logistics systems, mainly under the brands AudioVideo, Digitalbutikerna and Ring-Up. A lot of former Expert-merchants in Sweden chose Electra and AudioVideo after Expert’s bankruptcy. Electra has also showed interest in supplying the Finnish merchants that now are breaking up with Expert in Finland.
