Vicot Appelqvist set the succesful marketing concept for Gina Tricot and launched the brand in Denmark. Then his family lost control over the fashion chain.

Now, it’s time for a comeback with a new nationwide fashion chain.

”CLUB XPRS will offer clothing, accessories and home textiles, entirely under its own brand and at the lowest prices,” says Victor Appelqvist founder and CEO of CLUB XPRS.

JLL Retail Agency today announces it has been contracted for the establishment of the concept, initially in Sweden’s retail areas. The first CLUB XPRS store is scheduled to open in the spring of 2016 to be followed by the majority of establishments in the year.

”CLUB XPRS will add a new element to the Swedish trade places. It’s exciting to be working with an establish a brand that will be welcomed by both the property owners and consumers,” says Martin Lindgren, head of JLL Retail Agency.

CLUB XPRS caters to the entire family and will become a new Swedish low cost destination in fashion and textiles. In addition to the low prices, the concept is characterized of updated basics in many colors. The concept says it will differentiate itself from other low-cost operators through its modern and international profile, which is inspired by several international fashion chains.

Behind the new concept is officially Victor Appelqvist. Victor Appelqvist has long worked in the family business Gina Tricot, where he played a central role, including as Director of Marketing.
