Former catalogue company Hobbex launches a new – and ”unique” – concept for multi-channel shopping.
“Now the customer gets full flexibility when it comes to trade online and in store,” says Roger Halvarsson, CEO of Hobbex.
Customers can place orders online or choose to be in physical stores order via internet terminals. After testing the system in a few stores, the solution is now launched in all stores.
“This is the modern retail trade. Firstly, customers receive a good delivery option, because you can collect the goods in the store and also see expanded the range in our stores. But we have more than 10,000 items in our web shop. These are now also available for customers who choose to visit our physical stores,” continues Roger Halvarsson.
Hobbex, best known for the famous “Hobbex Catalog”, has in recent years undergone considerable changes, which has led to a stronger range offering, clearer and more modern store concept and an improved e-commerce.
Hobbex is also established as e-commerce player in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
