A larger part of ICA’s Norwegian property portfolio will be divested next year.
During the 2015-2016 planned 15 to 20 properties to be sold. The core portfolio will be sold in 2017.
Lena Boberg, CEO of ICA Fastigheter said during Friday’s Capital market day that 15-20 properties are planned to be sold during 2015-2016. The Company’s properties in Norway are valued to about NOK 2 billion, where the market value is expected to be slightly higher than this.
ICA has so far sold five properties and has currently six properties on the market.
The core portfolio of the ICA’s properties in Norway is expected to be sold during the first quarter of 2017.
