Jula upgrades its online offer. The former mail-order company trials new technology as Virtusize for clothes.
But still without e-commerce.
”2011 we shut down our e-commerce, but our customers use our digital channels more than ever”, says CEO and owner Karl-Johan Blank.

Great effort has been put into easy preparation for the store visit, purchasing lists, and improved overlook – and Virtusize which provides an opportunity to try out the right size virtually. In addition the loyalty program gets an update online.
And the site is responsive to work on all platforms.
But the customer can’t put an order.
”The department stores are our sales channel, but the digital presence is just as important to us as it is for online companies. With our webb we give the customer excellent new tools in the buying process. This gives us a unique position in the market”, says Joachim Frykberg, CEO.
