Lindex’ next market entry is Albania.
It was revealed by CEO Ingvar Larsson at a seminar.
Lindex CEO Ingvar Larsson spoke on Entrepreneur Week in Båstad and told simultaneously that Lindex will open an additional new market. It reports Dagens Handel.
Recently, the chain opened its first stores in Kosovo through franchise – and now takes the same franchiser Lindex into Albania.
Franchising is a small part of Lindex’s operations, but is growing in markets that have a demand, but political or legal limitations to run the business on its own.
Lindex operates through franchise in the Middle East, the Balkans and Iceland.
On the Western European market is another London store in focus, at Westfield London.
”London opening was a very big step for us. Now we have entered and will compete in one of the toughest markets in the world,” says Ingvar Larsson to Dagens Handel.
