Fashion chain MQ continues their digital drive by opening a webshop in Norway.
The e-commerce will offer Norwegian customers a much wider range and a shopping experience that integrates store and online.

MQ is a major player in Sweden, but a small chain in Norway with only four stores – and now plans to launch its e-commerce during the third week of March.

“The launch of e-commerce in Norway gives a new push to our efforts in the country. As a brand destination it is important to offer a breadth of attractive brands, more than what fits in our physical stores. With MQ.no we make it possible, “says MQ MD Christina Ståhl.

MQ’s omnichannel strategy in Sweden should be in place from the start in Norway.
For example, the staff in the shops will be equipped with iPads to help the customer to order sizes that run out and offer the wider range available online.
The customer can then choose to have the goods to the store with free shipping, or to their home address. In this way the brand chain says it gives the use of e-commerce full potential – even in the store.
