Skärholmen Centre south of Stockholm increased sales by nine percent this spring.

Now more boutiques and brands are about to open.

In late May, the Pink Room, which sells jewelry accessories, fragrance and decor of famous brands.

This week also Dressmann opens a store with the XL-concept, menswear in larger sizes. According to Niklas Holmström, country manager at Dressman, a store south of Stockholm has been requested during a period of time.

Earlier this spring the online store Bubbleroom opened it’s first physical store in Skärholmen.

“Many of the stores we welcome are brand new to the Stockholm region, which is particularly pleasing as it shows Skärholmen’s attractiveness as a shopping destination”, says Anna Sjoberg, Commercial Project Manager, to dagenshandel.se.

Skärholmen had 15 million visitors during 2013 and is located on the opposite side of the motorway to Sweden’s largest shopping destination, Kungens Kurva.
