The consolidation of electronics chains Siba and Netonnet took another step today.
NetOnNet CEO Harald Ennen has to leave both his CEO positions as chain-CEO and Group CEO and is replaced by Siba’s CEO Susanne Ehnbåge.
The Board of Netonnet Group and Harald Ennen has reached an agreement that Harald Ennen is leaving his position as CEO of both Netonnet Group and NetOnNet. The two positions are taken over by Susanne Ehnbåge who also continues to axe the role as CEO of SIBA AB.
“Harald has worked in the Group since 2012, first as CEO of NetOnNet and for some time even as the CEO of Netonnet Group. Harald has during this time led the development of NetOnNet, resulting in increased growth and enhanced profitability, “says Roland Vejdemo, Chairman of Netonnet Group.
The company writes that the Group is now entering a stage where a new leadership to support the ongoing change journey is needed.
An IPO of NetOnNet Group is planned for this year.
Susanne Ehnbåge, currently Vice President of Netonnet Group and CEO of SIBA AB, will immediately take over as new CEO of Netonnet Group.
She has since 2003 worked in the group with a variety of management positions, she left her role as vice president of Siba to become CEO in 2014.
