The Swedish Consumer Agency has approved Byggmax acquisition of Skånska Byggvaror. The transaction will be carried out after the end of the year.
Byggmax CEO Magnus Agervald has denied plans for an establishment in Denmark, but the acquisition of Skånsk Byggvaror to aquire Pavillon means Byggmax will have one foot on the market.

Pavillon have showrooms in Odense, Middelfart, Osted and sell products via the website, telephone and personal visits.
