Byggmax acquisition of  Skånska Byggvaror ware is approved.
And now a platform for the establishment in Denmark is provided by the new subsidiary acquiring Pavillon, a leading retailer of conservatories and greenhouses in Denmark

The Swedish Consumer Agency has approved Byggmax acquisition of Skånska Byggvaror. The transaction will be carried out after the end of the year.

Byggmax CEO Magnus Agervald has denied plans for an establishment in Denmark, but the acquisition of Skånsk Byggvaror to aquire Pavillon means Byggmax will have one foot on the market.

“This acquisition is the next step in our Nordic investments and a springboard for Skånska Byggvaror’s expansion. Following our acquisition of Grönt Fokus 2012 and our successful sales development in Norway, we look forward to once again take our business concept to a new market. We see good opportunities to expand strongly under Pavillon’s well-established brand in Denmark,” says Anders Johansson Eickhoff, president of Skånska Byggvaror.

Pavillon have showrooms in Odense, Middelfart, Osted and sell products via the website, telephone and personal visits.
In addition to sales, the company also supplies consumer installation of the products with their own fitters. Now, to strengthen the company by adding the range from Skånska Byggvaror, home delivery concept and business model.
