Swedish online sports specialist Sportamore continue to grow heavily in its Nordic neighbor markets.
“It is clear that our intensified marketing efforts have had the intended effect and it is pleased that we despite these investments are profitable in our home market Sweden. This is well in line with our ambition to gradually shift the primary focus from maximum growth for growth and profitability improvement,” comments CEO Johan Ryding.
For the July-September sales amounted to 132.6 million SEK, a growth rate of 59% against the previous year.
Total net sales for 2015 so far amounted to 367.8 (251.2) million with a total sales growth during the period of 46 percent (36).
Operating profit amounted to -38.4 (-5.5) million SEK.
The segment Other Nordic countries now represent 37% of sales, a significant increase on previous periods.
