The Stoa Vest Mall and retail park in Arendal is for sale.

Sales of Stoa Vest in Arendal include properties in the three companies Stoa Vest AS (retail park), Stoa Vest II AS (Expert Building) and Sørsvannsveien AS which is a development property.
Total property portfolio is 22,470 square meters. The turnover in the park at approximately 500 million NOK.
According to regional paper Agderposten which has access to the prospectus for the property of the three companies have a tax value of 201 million, and the seller assumes that the ground sites have a combined market of 100 million NOK.
The eight main tenants are large chains and boutiques: Elkjøp, Expert, Sparkjoep, Rema 1000, Europris, Megaflis and Leif Skallebergs toy stores. The 18 businesses in the retail park gives Nordea Liv Eiendom 30.7 million NOK in annual gross rental income. Gresvig AS (G-Max) and Expert Norway AS paid the most in 2015, respectively 5.7 million and 4.5 million respectively.
Including Coop and Biltema, which is also located in the area, but own their own buildings. The figures make the area by E18 the third largest between Kristiansand and Skien.
