Online fashion company Stylepit is preparing for an exit from the stock exchange.

New owner Bestseller has currently proposed the company to be delisted.

This according to a call for an extraordinary general meeting, which takes place on January 6.

The online fashion specialist Stylepit company has been taken over by the Bestseller group, and the speculations whether the new owner wish to take it off the stock exchange seems to come true.

At the general meeting also a new chairman and several new members shall be elected. Chairman N.E. Nielsen is joined out the door by Christian Bjerre Kusk and Stein Land.

Ulrik Feldstedt Hjorth, CFO of Alliance Plus, remains on the board and to complement him, the Board proposes  Michael Schroeder, who works with business in Pandora, Jens Christian Buhl, director of e-commerce at Bestseller, and Regina M . Andersen, a lawyer and former partner at Bech-Bruun.
