Reitan Convenience has appointed “This year’s merchant” in Sweden in 7-Eleven and Pressbyrån chains.

Four merchants got a lot of credit for their work.

Each year, Reitan Convenience awards “Merchant of the Year” at 7-Eleven, Shell / 7-Eleven and Pressbyrån which together dominates the Swedish convenience store market. The award goes to the merchant who has during the year purposefully and successfully developed its activities in line with the brand’s concept. The prize is awarded at the Reitan Convenience annual session when all franchisees are gathered.

The price is based on a variety of data points in leadership, quality, sales and profitability and go to those stores that have been most prominent in all of these. The candidate stores are best in all areas. The measurement takes place throughout the year and examining focus and quality continuously.

The sales successes achieved by everyone in the shop are engaged and involved. The merchant has a warm heart that beats for its two brands. ”

Martin Bengtsson and Stefan Nilsson 7-Eleven Citykajen, Malmö
“After many years of struggling, youthfulness has been exchanged for experience and drive. When everything is finally falling into place, the store, the staff and the merchants are ready to deliver the best customer care in a store which is probably the finest in Sweden. They have demonstrated that persistent work, extreme focus and belief in the concept and brand pays off. ”
