A growing cosmetics online store is the Norwegian consumer’s favorite choice 2015.
Blivakker.no won Posten’s award, where 72,000 people has voted.
Posten and Bring has for the third time awarded the country’s most popular online store. 72,000 Norwegians voted for their favorite online store, and the People’s Network Favorite 2015 is cosmetics store Blivakker.no
In this year’s competition online shops GetInspired.no and Komplett.no also reached the podium.
Strong online growth
“These three web shops do very well in competition with others. Personal care, electronics and sportswear are product categories with strong growth online in recent years. The online favorites have asserted themselves in the top in recent years, and it is largely thanks to loyal customers,” says executive vice president for e-commerce at Posten, Gunnar Henriksen.
Studies show that online consumers prefer known stores that feel as a safe choice. Seven out of ten state that they act again in the online stores where they have acted earlier. Blivakker.no has worked hard to secure a stable customer base, and manager Silvia Melin is very proud to be the People’s Network Favorite 2015.
”We think it was very nice to be People’s Network Favorite, and are incredibly happy that we have so many satisfied customers who would vote us forward. We are a small but very good team who are passionate about the online shop and who work hard to be getting better for our customers,” says Melin.
Altogether there were a record 72,000 Norwegians who voted for their favorite shop this year. That’s 30 percent more votes than in 2014, which was also a record.
”With nearly 1,000 unique online stores this campaign provides a valuable overview of the wide range that exists within Norwegian e-commerce, from small start-up online stores to known and well-established giants,” says Henriksen.
Previous winners of this award are NetOnNet and Stormberg.
