Ø, the restored Østbanehallen building in Oslo, will open in a new look in January
It will consist of a total of six restaurants, two coffee shops, four stores, an ice-cream bar, tour desk, a hotel and a food court.
And most of all, an urban space with atmosphere and perfect weather.
With the “myriad and atmosphere” Rom Eiendom means to give those who use Østbanehallen an inspiring experience on a part of the road – whether you stop or not
”We are very pleased that we have set a good mix of dining and shops in the hall. Each concept will meet different needs and fill various social functions at what is Oslo’s only indoor square, surrounded by tall trees and mood set by natural lighting that changes throughout the day and gives the audience a sense of being outside, even when they are feeling comfortable and warm in mid-winter. We are confident that we have assembled a team that has everything needed to make Østbanehallen a lovely meeting place for the city’s residents and visitors”, says Trond Rusten, Project Director of Rom Eiendom to Estatenyheter.no
When Østbanehallen appear in a new look in January 2015, it will open six new restaurants in addition to three or four stores and tourist office Visit Oslo.
The hall with its food supply, shops and hotel will form the Oslo-year around piazza where the atmosphere around the great restplace is both the purpose and goal.
