The new version of Rosengård Center opened in Odense Friday.
The fashion mix is updated and has got a street of its own, for example with Zara who dares to step outside Copenhagen again.
Zara opens up in the center’s new street, located in the area which formerly housed Obs! and Kvickly department stores. Other names on the street is Kings&Queens, Only, Sketchers, Tommy Hilfiger, Vibhol, Gant, Trollbeads and Pandora – some of them are relocated within the center.
Rosengårdcentret is owned by German ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund, which bought it in 2013. Later, the Danish ATP acquired a 25 percent stake.
The Centre’s owners have invested 160 million DKK in redevelopment which will continue in the rest of the center and is expected to be completed this fall. By then Rosengårdcentret will 180 stores spread over approximately 100,000 square meters, writes fyens.dk.
The new design of the center is inspired by the history of Odense and the Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales.
